2016 - 2019 / Graphic Designer & Artworker 

I worked as both a graphic designer and an Art Worker, for a company called Event Exhibition, which specialises in large-scale print, exhibitions, displays and conferences.

2014 - 2016 / Graphic Designer 

By consulting clients, and getting to know their business, values, goals, and how they wanted their business to be perceived, I was able to construct a brand identity to reflect their business. As well as sourcing different printers, signage, embroidering and promotional companies.

2013 - 2013 / Graphic Designer

At Darkhorse I developed various skills and found confidence in pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. I engaged with the other designers daily, to ensure the best direction going forward with each stage of the brief. I was involved with research, ideas generation, logo design, development, layout editing, magazine cover design, animation, and creating presentations.

2011 - 2013 / Junior Graphic Designer

During my time in NW Baseline, I was involved in numerous projects, from branding, communications, magazine layout, magazine cover design, and exhibition applications. I collaborated closely with other designers and web designers to create strong-structured identities for our client's business, as well as council projects.

2013 / Business Strategy

At Lloyds Bank Business I learnt about the business world in various aspects from discovering and targeting Demographics, SWOT analytics, Market Research, Business Modeling, Communication Strategies, Core Values, Value propositions and Brand Perception.

2009 - 2011 / B.A. (Hons)

We learnt focused subjects within the creative industry, such as detailed demographic analysis, branding, advertising campaigns, ambient advertising, product design, copywriting and animation.

2007 - 2009 / Higher National Diploma Graphic Design

I learnt the fundamentals of graphic design, from the process and workflow of a graphic designer, how to work more productively, to the more commercial side of the business, such as marketing, promotions, advertising, and advertising. While implying that through researching, sketching ideas, concepts, development, presentation and delivery. I learned how to use the essential programs for a graphic designer such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

2004 - 2006 / AVCE Art & Design

In this two-year course, we developed and learnt various creative skills, such as drawing with, pencils, pens, markers, pastels, charcoal, and chalk. Painting with marbling, oil, acrylic, spray and watercolours. We mound, sculpt, and craft, metal, wood and clay. I also partook in a sponsored 13,000ft skydive with another classmate, where we raised £600 for Cancer Research.
